Picking your benefits can be complicated. In fact, statistics show that most people tend to just re-enroll in the benefit options that they have chosen previously. But benefit packages often change, and you may want to change your selections with them.

Insurance plans are usually not one-size-fits-all – be sure to check which plans cover what you need at a cost you are comfortable with.
Is there a rate change? If so, when will I see it in my paycheck?
Finally, be sure to ask what your rate change is – if anything – and when you can expect to see that change take place.
