Since 2014, Delta Dental of Minnesota Foundation has given $120,000 to HealthFinders Collaborative, a community health center that serves the low-income, underinsured and uninsured residents of Rice County, Minnesota.

Established in 2005, HealthFinders Collaborative began as a primary medical clinic, implementing a dental program in 2014. Today, the dental program serves 1,000 patients each year, many from a diverse population of Latino immigrants and Somali refugees from within the community.

HealthFinders Collaborative has worked to increase oral health of Rice County’s residents; reduce dental-related emergency room visits; and provide a unique, comprehensive and sustainable home for medical, dental and wellness needs for their patients. Their work includes exams, treatment, prophylaxis, and individualized oral health education.

HealthFinders Collaborative displays exceptional leadership and a desire to provide the best care for their patients, and Delta Dental of Minnesota Foundation is proud to partner with them. To learn more about HealthFinders Collaborative visit HealthFindersMN.org.
